The northern façade of the multi-storey car park extension is designed with minimalistic solid parapets and aluminum cladding punctured with linear openings in random fashion, following the aesthetics of the Phase 1 podium that allows for natural ventilation into the car park.
The south façade of the multi-storey car park that fronts the rest of the master plan, meanwhile, is disguised with a veil featuring interplay of perforated panels and green walls in a zig-zagged manner. This maintains natural cross ventilation through the car park while the greenery provides a cooling effect to counter the heat generated by the vehicular density. The eco-friendly veil creates a visually pleasing podium that ties in with the sky decks and façade treatment of the towers above.
The top floor of the apartment tower houses four exclusive super penthouse units capitalizing on the tower’s north-south orientation. Each semi-duplex unit enjoys a generous sky deck and balcony area that houses private plunge pools. These outdoor decks are strategically grouped in the central area of the floor plate and framed on the façade with a portal made up of horizontal louvres, creating a visually unique focal point at the pinnacle of the tower against its fully glazed backdrop.
